ZenSched is a product of ZenShows LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us"). This page describes how we handle information in the ZenSched worker app and the ZenSched service organizations use to schedule field work.

Who this notice covers

If you are a worker, this notice is for you. If you are an organization or an agent using the API, ZenShows LLC is still the company responsible for the service.

What we collect from workers

Name, email, your app account, a device token for push notifications, job-site location when you check in or out, job-site location when on-site check-in reminders are on, and anything you submit on an assigned form. We also collect limited technical data (IP address, device identifiers, and usage patterns).

What we do not collect for a worker account

We do not require your home address. We do not send SMS or WhatsApp, and we do not need your phone number to operate the app.

Location

We use location from the ZenSched mobile app to confirm you are at the job site your organization set. We collect it when you check in or out, when you submit a location-enabled form, and — if your organization has enabled this feature and you have turned on on-site check-in reminders in the app — when you arrive at or leave a scheduled job site, including while the app is in the background. We do not use your home address for that, and we do not continuously track you throughout the day.

How we use it

To create your account, send the invite email and shift push notifications, verify attendance, deliver forms, and give your organization timesheets and status.

Who we share it with

Your inviting organization and its authorized agents. Service providers that host the app, send email, and deliver push. We do not sell worker information or use it for advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others.

If you sign up on this website

If you sign up on this website: we use that email only to send the product notes you asked for, from hello@zensched.com. First-party only. You can unsubscribe in any note or by emailing hello@zensched.com.

Retention and your requests

We keep worker data while the account is active and for a limited period after it closes, then delete or de-identify it unless we must keep a record. Organizations can export or close an account through the product. Workers can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@zensched.com.

Age

The worker app is for adults (18+).
