Terms of service

These terms are between you and ZenShows LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us"). ZenSched is a product of ZenShows LLC, not a separate company.

If you are a worker

Your organization invited you to use the ZenSched mobile app. ZenShows LLC is not your employer. Use the app only for the work you were invited to do. Do not misuse location, other people's data, or the app. You can stop using the app and ask us to close your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account.

We contact workers by invite email and in-app push only. We do not send SMS or WhatsApp as part of ZenSched.

If you are an organization

You are responsible for your agents, your API keys, the workers you invite, and the job sites you create. Workers use the mobile app. This website is not a workforce dashboard.

Metered use draws from prepaid balance at the prices on the pricing page. Keep credentials secret. You are responsible for actions taken with your keys.

Acceptable use

Do not harass, threaten, or defame any person. Do not violate privacy rights or facilitate identity theft. Do not infringe intellectual property rights, access systems without authorization, distribute viruses, send spam, or violate the law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

The service

We provide ZenSched as described on zensched.com and in the app. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts in Bexar County, Texas.
